‘Prelon has worked with BCM Serv for several years. The projects have been of various sizes, ranging from 9 to 33 flats in new build and refurbishment. 

BCM Serv have provided a service through the complete build process. This in many cases began with a design appraisal with regard to cost and buildability, co-ordination of design team and consultants, Construction Management throughout the build & completion including inspections and compilation of documentation.
